MONEY BACK GUARANTEE :

• The purchaser or addressee has 7 days (and with notification to the vendor by e-mail) from the date of delivery to return unsuitable goods to the vendor and to request either their exchange against another article or articles, or to be reimbursed. Within this 7 day period, the purchaser may either exchange the article or be reimbursed, and the addressee may either exchange the article or request that the purchaser be reimbursed.
• The cost of returning any goods are the senders responsibility. Only the cost of the goods will be reimbursed.

  • Any articles which are returned incomplete, damaged, or dirtied by the client, or which are not returned complete with their labels and in their original packaging.
